How is this different from other Voice AI services

We’ll recommend the best setup based on your existing phone service and desired call flow. In some cases, you can port in your existing number but that’s not usually necessary.
Can I still answer calls if I want?
Yes. You can choose when the AI agent answers—for example, only after hours, when you miss a call, or as your primary receptionist. We’ll configure the call flow around how you want to run your business.
Are the calls recorded?
Calls can be recorded and transcribed so you can review conversations and follow up accurately. Recording can be configured based on your preferences and the consent and notification requirements that apply to your business and callers.
How will I know when someone calls?
You can receive notifications with the caller’s information and a summary of the conversation. Call details are also available in your dashboard, so your team can quickly review call history.
What platform does this run on?
The service is powered by GoHighLevel (GHL), a widely used customer relationship management and marketing platform. GHL utlizes the most popular AI models from OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. Voices are provided by ElevenLabs with 500+ voices currently available and the ability to clone your own voice.
