Step One – E-sign Agreement

For your convenience, you can read the agreement here. Please read the terms within the agreement and let me know if you have any questions. I will send you an E-sign version of the agreement that you can sign electronically. Once you sign, we will both be sent a copy automatically.

Step Two – Submit Payment

Submit your payment for one-time setup fee by clicking the button below. Your first monthly payment will be charged after 60 days from this initial payment. For details on my service, you can go back to my Pay Per Click Management page.
